• "The past is not necessarily what it was, even though it has already been. The present is chaotic and indeterminate. The ground shifts continually around [your] feet. Equally, the future, not yet here, changes into something it was not supposed to be." -Dr. Jordan Peterson

  • About Karla

Welcome! My name is Karla, and I would be honoured to help guide you to a greater sense of safety and stability, and to walk with you as you grow out of the aftermath of sexual betrayal.

I have a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Manitoba, and am an ICF Associate Certified Coach. I am also an APSATS Certified Partner Coach and the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model is the foundation of my coaching practice.

I am passionate about working with couples using the Early Recovery Couples Empathy Model (ERCEM) which paves the way for safety and trust to be rebuilt, and new relational skills to be practiced in a safe environment if you choose to try to heal together.

Whether you have the opportunity to heal within your relationship, or you need to focus on your own healing, I believe you are worth the hard work and that coaching will help you reap the growth you desire.
